If you want utility then rank Shang Chi, huge crits, cleanse, slow and easy openings. Was my first R3 and I love him.
If you need damage dealer then Black Cat, but to be honest I don't use her that much, neither Cheehee-heeilth, although they do some impressive bleed numbers
