Thank you for nothing again kabam support. After exploring vault of strength lv.5 i didn’t receive the profile pic. After opening a ticket with kabam support they told me i didn’t qualify so i provided a screenshot as proof. Now they are demanding proof that the account is mine. Due to me creating the account as i kid about 10 years ago and using some random email adress I can’t answer all questions. Tbh it doesn’t really matter after all it’s just a profile pic, it’s just frustrating that this same issue is hindering me from so many other rewards in this game as well
