Pre fight display bug

Just got a new phone and I see the "crackling" effect on the champs before a fight starts. Once in fight, there's no visual bugs. Seen it happen in side quest and AOA so far with all different champs. Just wanted to bring it up.

Using a OnePlus 13 with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
