Hi all, just watched the deep dive on okoye, she looks great!
I'm confused on one thing however
It says that her critical damage multiplier instead increases debuff duration
However, precision buffs (which she has a lot of), only increase critical rating, where as critical damage rating is increased by cruelty debuffs, which she doesn't have.
Am I missing something? How do we benefit from the debuff duration? Is it a mastery thing?

Those will increase the duration of those DoT (Bleed + Shock) Debuffs applied to opponent upon Crit hits. And probably the Ensnare debuffs as well. (Just NOT Stun debuff duration it says)
