[DISCUSSION] Balance Update : BRB & Enchantress

Many people forgot him after hyping him up for a long time reason being he is not CGR level nuke in BGs. Well he was not made for BGs, he is usable but not the fastest. His play-style is somewhat rigid and not everyone likes that, 60 FPS made the heavy into special intercept more reliable. Shines in story and AOA type of content also pretty good in necropolis as well ( when he works he works ).
What I would like to change
Make the shock on basic chance from 10% to say 15% OR make it 25% decreasing with each shock by 5% and set minimum to be 10%.
Enchantress
She is great on defense which is what she was made for. Without any node she can be managed quite easily by getting rid of her spells but as soon as nodes are introduced she becomes a menace and quite hard to deal with. On attack after she is fully ramped up the damage, the regen and the utility is off the charts but getting her fully ramped takes some time ( 12 sp1s and remembering or at least pausing to check the spells ) the power steal allows her to throw more specials so it's not too slow but feels like that due to slowed time on sp1.
What I would like to change
She can be tuned down a bit on defense by limiting the reflected damage but even if she stayed the same I would not mind as there are a lot of really good science attackers and mystic class could use a good defender.
On attack I would love it if the sp3 got 1 additional stack of each spell ( which will be the last one the user applied say wilt levitate and fireball for example ) it would not reduce the time to ramp her up ( as you are still using 3 bars of power ) but just make the task to remember the spells less of a burden and an average user will be able to get more out of her just by memorizing 1 of each spells
