Lost daily card/missing paragon daily

Dear Kabam I just became paragon and it has not switched to the paragon daily crystal also I bought the thirty dollar unit daily card and never received it yesterday

    The daily crystal is only in the webstore. When the crystal resets in about 90 minutes, it should be Paragon for you.
    The $30 unit deal, which would've been ideal to research before buying, is paid out per level from levels 61-70. You haven't achieved level 61 yet, so you won't receive anything.

    There's a $5 unit daily card and a $30 unit deal. If they paid $30, then they are talking about what I referenced above. If they got the daily card, then they would've only paid $5.
