I have been a free to play player all through. But I really want to buy Dazzler platinum track. Where I am from, I can't buy with my bank card. I tried to buy but it was not allowed.

One of my family member lives in Canada, will it be considered as T & C violation if I let them log in and buy the dazzler plat track?

I can't imagine that not being against the rules, but I can imagine it being difficult for them to detect that at least.

If you search online you can find some places to buy a digital one from.
Might also just be worth calling your bank and seeing why they won't let you make the online purchase. Could just be an issue where they flagged it because it's abnormal and you just need to clear it up.

It would open up a can of worms that could result in using the system to commit fraud. Yes, people probably already do that, but it could definitely make it worse.

Anything is fine as long as you are the one in control of your account. Don’t hand your account to someone else for them to do something on your account.

You’re better off just buying a gift card (Apple gift card or Google gift card) you can look for more information of what it does and how it looks like by using the Google website. Use those gift card(s) of the codes added to your Apple ID or Google play store ID digital currency. Use those digital currency to then buy what you are wanting to have in the game.

You only need to look more how to do so by using Google.

If you give them your account login and they use it, that is technically a violation of the rules. I don't know if they would actually take action for this, but in theory they could.

Amazon (among many other online retailers) sells digital Google Play gift cards, if you can purchase from Amazon from your location. It is all done with email, so no physical items are transferred around.

No. As long as he has his own account, he can make in-app purchases using any mechanism available to him on his device, including family plan purchasing or just his own Apple/Google account with your credit card attached. Kabam does not regulate this.
