Goal- give small buff to champions who benefit from stacking debuffs (kingpin, daredevil, patriot, attuma)
KINGPIN BATTLECAST/ STRIKER
-last hit grants a passive that increases regeneration from willpower by a flat 40% for 10 seconds
SIGNATURE ABILITY
-increase critical rating by .5-2% per non-damaging debuff (or up to 10%)
ABILITY SLOT INFO
1: whenever your combo reaches a multiple of 10, gain a rage debuff for 2 seconds (Daredevil)- these debuffs are permanent and stack up to 5
2: start the fight with 2 cleanse passives
ATTRIBUTE SLOT RUNES
1: increase offensive ability accuracy by a flat 10%
2: reduce incoming bleed damage by 30%
3: increase regeneration rate by 5%
