Is AW's node 21 weirded? Be inflicted 45 Blead Debuffs after only 3 hits

I joined AW today, and got no chance within 1st second with 45 bleed debuffs
Node 21:

And 45 bleed debffs with 1st 3-hits

    You hit her three times 3x16 = 48. I don't know if you were lucky and 3 fail which I don't believe it's possible or if they already expired by the time you took this print

    Could be a result of an opening parry stun with petrify.
