Is this offer real. Do we get x2 x2 Selectors, x3 x 3 T5CC or this is just a mislead?

at the same time, we could have gotten all the t5cc we needed for 300 units.

I would ignore the T5CC, those are pretty easy to get for valiants.
The 3 T6CC (2 of choice & one random) for 1k units can be compared to the standard Rank Up store offer, which is 60 random T6CC 5% fragments for 3900 units.
So compared to the store offer, this is a good deal. Compared to how you can spend those units elsewhere strategically, this is not a good deal.

And compared to what you were likely to get from 1,000 units spent on the Banquet event last month, it makes this seem like an INCREDIBLE deal!

(It's not... but somehow Banquet makes this almost look good)

It clearly states that it's 2x 2x t6c selectors and 3x 3x t5c catalysts. They should either correct it or provide the correct number of materials if people already got the offer.

Look at any other similar thing in the store and it's presented in the exact same manner. Why would this one be different?

It's not misleading, i saw the offer and without even thinking i calculated that it's 3 t6cc and 3 t5cc for 1k units.

The offer is not extremely bad as some people making it to be. But it's not cheap either.
From my f2p standpoint, who have 50 r3 mats in overflow I would've ended up buying 1. But the thing is, I don't have any champ to use these on currently and Im covered on the few classes I want but don't have the champs. Just upgraded another r3, so I don't have any t4a to be in an emergency situation.

It's inevitable that 10-15 of my r3 mats will expire. So that's 150 units going to the bin. But I don't mind that. I don't want to invest 1k units to save 150.

But the offer is not that bad imo.
I have 700 units, I could grind arena for 2 hours and easily hit 1k. But Im off arenas, for some time atleast.
