Games is becoming unplayable

Am I the only that is having a crashing issue? Started an arena series and made it through 2 fights and boom crash before I could start the 3rd. Have made a ticket and all the stuff. My game crashes 3 or 4 times an hour. At this point idk what to do

    Had that issue. New phone and now the issue is rare. Might just be the age of your device. Not a tech guy.

    The issue I have is the fight goes completely dark and I have to either play the jedi swordfighting or quit and restart the game. Afterwards it clears up.
