They banned my account by mistake I am 100% legal

I request that you review my case and provide me with specific details about the violation as well as the evidence that justify the ban. I am willing to collaborate and resolve any misunderstanding. Thank you for your attention." They accuse me of playing with hacks, and their response is this: We make these decisions taking into account the overall health of the game and the negative impact that a violation of the Terms of Service could have had on other players in the game. How, according to you, I use hacks and small accounts beat me and my maximum rank in all battleground seasons has been arcane 1, if I had cheated as they say I would have always reached celestial and I would not lose so many games buying primal brands If according to you I cheated, why don't you show me where I cheated and the evidence that supports it, I have been playing fully investing time, effort and money for 6 years, I wouldn't waste my account for anything, I hope you review my account thoroughly so you can see that I am right and your system does make mistakes, just as it happened with me it must have happened with some who did not know how to defend themselves. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Porthos @Kabam Porthos @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Lyra

Could mean there's some wiggle room here for Kabam to be wrong on this one though?

Threads about this here, may be an awful option, because you can be real banned.
Well, first of all the forums are not the place to address this concern. Fill out a support ticket and give KABAM time to look on their end. Then make a decision based on what they tell you.
We've seen this type of post hundreds of times (if not thousands now) and rarely does KABAM change anything.
Please try not to be rude towards your fellow players on the forum. Most of us are trying to help. You don't seem to see that.
Finally, the more info you can provide us the better. What content were you just doing? Do you spend money? If so, did you buy anything online not from the store? Do you use a VPN? KABAM will know this of course, but it helps us.
chances are that you are guilty of something. If not then you’re part of the 0.1% that actually got banned for no reason.
