Well, first of all the forums are not the place to address this concern. Fill out a support ticket and give KABAM time to look on their end. Then make a decision based on what they tell you.
We've seen this type of post hundreds of times (if not thousands now) and rarely does KABAM change anything.
Please try not to be rude towards your fellow players on the forum. Most of us are trying to help. You don't seem to see that.
Finally, the more info you can provide us the better. What content were you just doing? Do you spend money? If so, did you buy anything online not from the store? Do you use a VPN? KABAM will know this of course, but it helps us.

As 2 week ban u probs cheated in arena and got a slap on the wrist but as ur banned for 2 weeks u should know what u did and be thankful for whatever u did it was just temp as most these days are perma

How do you know they banned you for hacks? All it says is you broke the Terms of service agreement. It doesn't list your infraction..

They generalize because the more specific they are the easier they can make it for people to work around the rules next time. They can only give so many details before it makes cheating easier. Third-party application is pretty straightforward information though.

To me this is the most pressing matter concerning your account and the ban. Surely one of them is bound to have the answer.
