Hello my Question is about the purchasing of stuff in game, I live in a Country where my credit card won't register with playstore unless I download a VPN and set playstore to United States and then enter my cards number and then purchase that way.

Is that a way of being banned by having the game popup in a different Country store and then go back to where it was before the purchase ?
