Battleground buffs

How do you change your buffs you get in battlegrounds??? I can’t even hit my opponent without getting stacked with incinerate and degen. Meanwhile I only have one buff: (decay) and it does nothing! Is it supposed to be this unfair, or am I missing something??

    You can't change buffs. Whatever they are is what they will be for the full season. Decay does wonders for champions with the decay tag. Sort your champs by the tags AW: Decay and prioritize as many as you can in your tag. Aside from that, you want champs immune to at least one of the debuffs; ideally both, but there aren't too many immune to both. With single immunity, you just need to play around the node. Might take longer, but surviving and taking longer is worth more than getting knocked out.

    Degen or poison?, or did you face mojo or Dormamu?, if you are not fighting vs a sugar pill champion you can use inmune champs, to incinerate or poison or both, just wait till the debuff change.
