Raids bugged?

So I was playing raids today and currently Thanos was linked. When I was trying to complete the knockdown mission I noticed that thanos hit the damage cap with my sp1 unblockable completing the mission what's more odd is photon did too much damage than his actual health. Just reporting so that I don't wanna get false assumptions on me for hacking. Not touching raids until it's fixed. Thanks.

Btw this is the only attempt that I saw this odd interaction so I'm not going in for more unless I'm assured that I can play until it's fixed

DThanos is bugged. His health is scaled to low, around 10% of regular raid boss, he is 6*r1 with low attack as per photos, and his sp2 is not connecting. But a bug/bugs that made completing raids much easier this rounds.
@KabamPinwheel as stated in the post you may want someone from game team to look into the boss (for next round in raids to keep a level playing field with allys already done with the bugged fight)
