Please don't nerf MD and direct damage champs

Found some pics in line about MD and direct damage champs like limbo and Cold snap. These pics were from summoners sanctum. Please don't nerf these champs or M.D.

Just should have it so the dexterity buff doesn’t feed MD until you hit the enemy. Right now it refreshes every time you evade
