Contacts list seems frozen

Can’t seem to scroll contacts to remove 1 to add another it’s like it’s frozen tried reboot still frozen iPhone XR latest updates ect

This NEEDS to be addressed its a huge issue it's preventing the social aspect of the game ie interacting with summoners and recruiting for alliances this is two core elements of the game this needs fixing like yesterday!!!!!!
