Sigil purchase bug?

Just bought the Sigil in game with Apple bucks

It didn’t apply

In game it said the purchase was received.

I restarted the game twice.

I got the receipt in my email.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Unable to purchase for multiple accounts. Got it on one and it won't let me purchase on the other.

Ok so it has appeared now. Seems as though the servers can’t do it all at once.

There is no way to manage it thru the Webstore, once you buy it, it saves the payment info and doesn't let you cancel it.

That was my concern, i haven't purchased yet but wanted to know how to unsubscribe if i do it via store. I didn't find it through their terms or info. Not having unsubscribe is unethical as well.

I can do it via google playstore/apple appstore, they have trustworthy subscription cancellation but wanted to avail the bonus.

Can someone from Kabam clarify?

It says to wait for it to load, not sure if it means hours or days.
Canceling the sub should work thru the Kabam store, I should not have to deal with Xsolla for this ****.

Webstore is a red flag for subscription for time being until i hear any positive reports for reliability and unsubscription.
