Is Samsung App store banned from selling Sigil?

As per the title, everyone seems to be able to buy the Sigil, but I just have the unit daily card. Playing on a Samsung with the MCOC game installed from the Samsung App store

    I have the in game mail telling me I can buy it, but when I click buy now it's not for sale:

    The Sigil rollout appears to have been a bit glitchy, but as I write this it does appear to be purchasable in the Android in-app store. If it still isn’t in your game, force close and restart and see if that fixes the issue.

    Thanks, I use Samsung as it's basically half price with the coupon there, so I'll check back later and see if it's resolved.

    Was there any update on this? Still no subscription button showing for me.. I play via Samsung store too.
