What you're really asking here is the odds of double-pulling *any* champ, not specifically Silver Surfer.

There are 120 champs in the basic pool. Your first pull can be any champ, but your second pull has to be the same as whoever you pulled first. The chance of that are 1 in 120.

So your odds of double-pulling *any* champ is 1/120. Small, but not impossible by any stretch. Indeed, if we suppose that hundreds of people are opening two 7* crystals at once in a given day, we would expect to see *somebody* get a double pull every day.
