Cant purchase sigil on webstore

I am having issues purchasing the sigil pass on the web store. It says error 3032. Any one else having this issue? I've tried with 2 different credit cards

Came looking for this. I tried a few times and it just sits there spinning and not even getting to the above screen.

I get to input credit card info and I get the error. Then I go to the xsolla wallet to try to save it there and it says the same error.
