My daily proven crystal is missing

Just recently played this game again. Log in one day and I don't see the crystal logo on the home screen. Check the crystal section and found nothing, the 4 hour one is gone too. Is anyone else having this problem?

4-Hour daily crystals have been moved to the Daily super event. The Daily Crystal rewards was folded into the daily super event as well. You can still claim a daily Crystal if you log into the web store online.

It started yesterday to accounts that haven't progressed far enough to unlock the daily super event. My alt, which is just conqueror, stopped receiving daily and hourly crystals then.

So those affected are all below Uncollected ? (is that the level at which Daily Super Event is available, I think ?)

Is your existing inventory of those Daily Crystals (earned previously, but not opened yet) now just GONE from Crystals screen too ??

Or are you just no longer able to claim Daily or 4-Hour ones from Home Screen too ?

Not sure why they ever left those in place to still be earned for people below Uncollected. Just should have had an equivalently lesser version of DSE for lower accounts.

**But, I still have a substantial back-inventory of all those crystals unopened from past years, of various progressions.
UC/Cav/TB of both Daily and Free, still show as having some in my Crystals Screen (just can’t earn new ones from the old daily/4hr way before, but existing hoard of them are still there).

Note, new Feb. monthly update will be changing how those type of things are displayed in future. Will be changing them from bottom of Home Screen, to part of the Top Menu bar somehow.
So maybe some changes accidentally went live that only needed back-end changed, even though new monthly update with new UI is not out yet ?????

I always opened mine on my alt, so I didn't have any backlog to check that point. The daily and four hour crystals are completely gone from the UI for me at least, on both the home screen and the crystals screen.

I was able to claim my daily crystal from the webstore, however. Then it showed up on the crystals screen.
