Champions and shards missing

I have submitted a report to Kabam that has not been solved. I opened multiple 6 and 5* champions and I received a 5* Warlock and a 6* Hercules. I went into the champion roster tab to start upgrading these champions and they were not there. I also went back to check if my shards were still there expecting maybe a bug and they were gone too. My crystal history has been checked and these two crystals were not on the history yet my shards are gone. I’ve restarted my phone and the app and redownloaded it too but nothing has solved this issue. It has made me lose out on resources or 2 potential good champions that would help with my account progression. Please can someone help me as kabam support has been extremely unhelpful.

I have tried with kabam support but they are unwilling to help after checking my crystal history. I wish I had images to back me up but I didn’t think stuff like that was possible.
