Shard crystals missing!

Just updated on iOS, looks like there’s a bug. I had 60k Grandmaster crystals, plus a decent chunk of 7 star shards etc and they’re all missing from the crystals

    Addition:
    Class 5* / class 6* / 7* titan is there for me
    Missing ones: Grandmaster, Cavalier, all basic hero crystal, exalted, mythic, all of the relic

    I’m missing about 85k-90k 7* shards. I was holding them since the banquet event and after pulling THREE Patriots from Titans. I decided to hold for HitMonkey and hope for him in the main pool in the future. I made a ticket a week ago to tier 1 and they deferred tier 2. Still standing by.

    They are stored on Kabam's servers, available when they fix the bug.
    Should have been an in-game mail msg that went out about it.
