Bugged command

Is anyone else experiencing this I try to switch my alliance to closed and it doesn't do anything. Its really annoying I need to close my alliance.

Did you try clicking on “pencil” icon (Edit) ?

Yes it should work but it not. It's ridiculous and these bugs are beyond a joke now.
