They did it with Wolverine quite a few times too before he finally released. So yeah, just because she's in the crystal doesn't mean it won't end with a line of text that says that 6* Magik isn't included.

Think just last year they added text of quake or magik cant recall the month but it still had text to say excluded as a 6

It was the X-Magika saga. Everybody was sure that we’d see Magik as a 6*. She was featured in all the artwork for the saga, and she was right there in the name. But no 6* Magik in the crystals. The 5* was there, just not the 6*. Doesn’t mean it’ll be the same this time around, but it is possible.

If she does get released as a 6*, it could be a test to see if she is viable and desirable as a 7*. Scarlet Witch hit the 6* pool after being withheld for a long time, and now she’s also available (albeit in a limited capacity) as a 7*.

6* SWitch got ranked up by a lot of players, so Kabam saw she was a desired champ, and she didn’t break the meta of the game. On the flip side, Wolverine probably didn’t get ranked by many players, considering he has the offensive capabilities of the tube that holds a roll of paper towels unless he’s a Horseman. I’m sure that’s why we don’t have a 7* Wolverine, the data shows he’s just not a desired champion.

That was the one xmagica such a weird thing but always precaution on this stuff as text isnt final straight away like even last years datamine of the crystal said she was a 6 but when in game text was excluded

Idk bout others but I'd happily enjoy a 7* Wolverine even without being a horseman.

Thing with wolvie i think he needs a small buff attack wise than healing wise since his damage doesnt really have today standards

I'm more concerned about how she end up as defender. Limbo is unavoidable damage for most champs. She would be a annoying defender tbh like electro.

Tbh they could secretly do a change to her like they had planned if they will release her as a 7 to be less defensive damage as thats what i worry is that damage is gonna be insane especially ascended r5 attack increase stuff

Magik is more tolerable (as others in this post have stated), I doubt Quake will come as a 6, let alone 7*, in the foreseeable future.
