Yet Another AI post

I dunno man, either i am getting too old or the AI' recovery is obnoxious rn. Plus for some reason, i have noticed while it is stunned, if i connect a hit, the stun timer immediately stops and then disaapers. I am genuinely losing arena matches because my character won't dex. Idk man. Share your opinions. I know AI is a dumpster fire rn but the game is getting more frustrating day by day. And don't come at me to leave the game and all. I come in good faith. I already tried leaving once ( didn't work) . So please for the love of Unitman, fix the AI issues. Amen

The AI doesn't even let you intercept properly, I hate getting smacked by Onslaught just because I do 4 hits and try do a backdraft intercept but he just walks and light attacks me to oblivion.

This is more obvious against certain champs lile Onslaught

@DrBruceWayne the death walk is becoming more common nowadays. what i can't wrap my head around is, kabam says they don't touch AI ( nodes affect ai behaviour and all bs). But just go back a few years and compare the basic arena ai. I am not against updating gameplay mechanics and ai to keep the game relevant but they should be transparent. Kabam is behaving more and more like they want to squeeze the game dry rather than keep it alive. Unnecessary UI changes and game breaking bugs but no response any whatsoever towards real issues. Plus the banquet proved they only care about the top spenders.

The worst part is them not admitting it.

EVEN with infuriate, someone like Red Skull just walks then blocks to power drain.

If they've done this on purpose and leaving it as intended (which is where I'm leaning) that says a whole lot more.

Honestly this is why I don't medium intercept anymore. Lights intercepts are 100% safer.

This is also completely incorrect. I am continually being punished by light and medium attacks when I try light intercepting. Even with the Herc infuriate, only I'd say 1/4 of my light intercepts work. It's more maddening then medium intercepts failing because I feel like I'm just being picked on at this point. The amount of whiffs that happen when I'm attacking and the opponent is not doing anything then suddenly decides they are throwing a special or dashing back when it should have made contact already is crazy right now.

As well as all the above baiting AI specials is becoming ridiculous. I know some characters can be more defensive. For others I will be right in front of them side by side not blocking, Wait to dodge and they won't use sp1 or sp2. Combo me in the face then use their sp3 as soon as they reach it.

Bro spider hams taunt does NOT seem to work. It should give a higher chance to throw a special but even still nowadays you still need to have perfect spacing and actively bait a special to get that "taunt" to work.
