    I just used Thanos parry 3 hit until counter charge, then the easy to keep up panic shuts him down

    Prowler works pretty well. Just do SP1 then SP2 and repeat. I wouldn't bother using heavy as Ultron makes the Incinerate too short.

    I use photon and only hit when stun

    I used Silk, she made it super easy. Just Parry, ML into a Heavy charge right before the parry stun fades. Spam sp1s through heavy as they you have the power. He can't evade while stunned and won't evade the special if it is initiated during the stun.
