The Veteran Title

I downloaded this game December 19th 2014. This puts me just a couple days outside the window of the “first week of downloaders” that kabam salivates over, which in most cases I’m ok with. When kabam clearly states that they will reward players who joined within the first week of the games launch, I understand that I missed the mark. But the Veteran title has a very explicit description: “Joined the Battlerealm in 2014.” Given this, I submitted a ticket to receive this title, and they responded by saying that my account was “created after the required date in order to receive the Veteran Title.” Ok, then change the description of the title. Am I the only one that cares about this? I joined this game pretty fricken early, and me and the other 12/18/14 thru 12/31/14 joiners would probably appreciate a bit more transparency here. <3

    It's not like it does anything extra for you or give you any extra rewards or anything else of that nature. It's nothing more than to show "I've been here longer than you". It's not really something to get upset over.

    It annoys me too, but I started on 3rd January 2015. I think everyone should get it after 10 years.

    Why do you need transparency on an issue you clearly understand every detail of? There was a date range, you didn't fall inside that date range, and the text of the title doesn't change the range, the fact you're not in it, or your understanding of the requirements.
    It sucks that you and others just missed it, but that's because you fell outside the defined lines.

    Already threads on this topic that came out when the title did. Yes, the description is vague. Feedback was provided to the team and hopefully they do a better job with it in the future to cut down on the confusion (and support tickets).
