Are incursions not available?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was aware a new incursion started Wednesday. But so far the tab has been missing since yesterday on my account. Anyone else having the same issue?

    Did you try again in the past couple hours ? Or just based on what you saw earlier ?

    Yes, was a bugged start yesterday (not available), then Kabam said it would be pushed back to earlier today.

    Has now been started (2.5+ hrs ago) should be available for you now.

    It’s there for most summoners as of about 3 hours ago.

    Nope not yet visible last I checked and I even restarted the game
