Where is the Saga Sector of Incursion

I cannot seem to find this Incursion? Can someone please show me the path to this.

Is it something that only becomes available after some levels?

    you need to select a team of only Saga champs, then on the right side where you see Sector 5 or 6 there is an arrow to the right. click it and it will show the Saga sector
