Failing To Log In

Hey this is my first time using Forums so bear with me, but for the past 3 days I have not been able to log on to the game. I get to the loading screen with sam wilson cap and the new vulture and it is a never ending loading screen. After a couple of minutes it says that I lost connection and to check my connection and try again. My connection is fine with or without wifi turned on so i’m just so confused. What confuses me even further is when I tried deleting the app it logged me into a new account just fine but when I tried to log into my main account through Kabam it just brings me back to the same loading screen. I really want to get that 7* Dazzler from the platinum pass and i’m worried I won’t be able to if this keeps going on.

Not the only one with this problem. There are now a few threads about it going on. I would try to open a support ticket with kabam; however, this has provided little help for me so far.

All they had me do was delete the app, restart my device, and then reinstall the app. I had already tried this and once again it failed to work.

They said that they would disconnect my account from all devices so I could start again but that also didn't do anything. Whatever is going on, it is starting to get very frustrating and seems to have coincided with the new content. I wish that we could get some kind of answer from the game team or kabam.
