Why is count Nefaria blacklisted for the next war season in the expert map? He is white-listed currently.

    That's a good catch. Maybe they're just sick of him being great and thought they could sneak that one by us.

    Discussing this in alliance chat.. Expert map covers tier 2 where he's whitelisted and tier 3 where he's always banned.

    I'm suspecting this resulted in this weird situation.
