Buying from the store always an issue

Is anyone else getting screwed for their purchase? As I get some of what is promised, but never everything.

You buy a package an only get some items in it. When I send over an email about not getting the full thing I bought, I get repetitive emails telling me to show proof of purchase. Once I do that nothing happens. They close the case as if nothing happened. I get auto oelied
