Anxiety about accidental crystal purchase on new "Premium" tab?

Anyone else getting anxiety that eventually they will spend 300/3,000 units with the new Premium crystal screen?

I wonder if a trade-in to convert accidental crystal purchases would be possible so that it's less painful to get your units back, instead of having to navigate through to customer support and request it, then wait and hope for a favourable outcome..

Or maybe have the "buy crystal" button hidden behind a drop-down, like all other crystals are to protect us?

Yes it was out there on purpose to try and trick players to accidentally spend 3000 units. That’s the only explanation to put it on the first tab now.

I don't know if that's the reasoning behind it, or whether it's a coding limitation.

Already done the accidental click! Had to go through support but luckily managed to get my 3000 units back

I somehow bought one when I was trying to hit the crystal tab, but I just thought to hell with it and opened it.

Especially since they just moved all those other buttons (Stash, Help, etc) away from the bottom of screen.

Before, it was all to easy to go to click Help, and then a pop-up offer would overlay right on top just as you were pressing that spot.

Although in this case, you would have had to go specifically to crystals first.

Said in another thread but get this garbage off our crystal tab or at minimum don’t let it be the default view. Move the damn thing to the far right tab

@gazbea already confirmed he's bought 10 accidentally along with another person who bought 1 without wanting to. It looks like what I was worried about is already happening to players.

I'm still trying to.figure out how exactly anyone can misclick and buy the crystals. I never ever tap near that part of the screen. Always tap near the top, where all the menus are.

Just ask the people who accidentally purchased them how it happened. For me, personally, I sometimes put my phone down, pick it up and I touch parts of the screen in the process. I have MCOC just running on my phone while I'm doing other things. You sound like you forensically accurate with how you handle your phone and have incredible precision at all times.
It must be nice to have never had a misclick or accidental click on your phone.

I honestly haven't. At least not where any of these pop up deals etc are concerned. I'm quite careful. For these exact reasons.

Kind of dumb that the crystal tab select immediately opens to that pop up of “premium” crystals.
You would think it would open up to regular or shard crystal screen to avoid the possibility of this mistake happening.

Yeah, I strongly dislike the new crystal tab. We should have to tap on the crystal, like all the other crystals, for the unit preview. I've had so many close calls.

Theres no excuse of tapping right at the bottom of the screen when crystal tab is at top im sorry but if u tap it then ur own fault as its easy to just move tabs and im on my alt and i still tap the tabs at top to change sections of inventory of crystals and not buy this premium one

I tapped at the top of the menu, not anywhere NEAR the button on the bottom and it still went through as a purchase of a crystal.

That bundle of 10 is exactly underneath where my thumb rests/hovers. Far too easy to accidentally click it when there’s no “Are you sure?” guardrails in place

am playing on legion tab and its smack at exact point (3000 units button) where my thumbs normally rests.

Removed it, or just that the Limited Time timer expired and there is no longer a Premium crystal offer (so the tab is not there currently) ?

But talking about other nice changes, you no longer have to go into EACH of your Solo/Ally Events themselves to clear the New Notifications.
Just going into main Events tab is all that is needed. Just Events, then back home, and Notification icons for new events go away.

They 100% put the button there on purpose. Everyone who goes on the crystal tab instinctively scrolls down and surprise surprise the buy ten button is on the bottom.
