Kabam not honoring thier reimbursement policy

I accidentally purchased the first magica chain **** and when I sent in ticket their reply is saying that I have to puRchase them all for them to be able to reimburse me. Told them I don’t have 10k units or the money to purchase that amount and they said I’m S..O..L.
