They should either implement the Alliance Base feature, or remove it. It's been over a year. Close to two, if I'm not mistaken.

I'd rather they just keep it there saying "Coming Soon..." than just removing it. At least it gives us some hope and chuckles that it might still come.....someday......maybe......I guess.
