Someone refresh my memory, this challenge of content is for Paragon and above (so for now Paragon and Valiant) or am I missing where to look for it?

    It's where all special quests are. In the 'Special Quests' section.

    Alright, thank you @Usagicassidy I'm thronebreaker so that explains why it is not there. I also haven't completed EOP Acceptance as well.
