So I'm clear...what's the basis of the "bug"? Just that it's not working like it used to? I know that I'm missing some that I used to get, and getting some that I used to miss...just want make sure I'm on the same page
Here's how I know intercepts are bugged.Faltered the defender with Prowler. In theory, there is no way for a defender to "beat" my intercept. In this case, tried the intercept and "fresh aired" the defender.Means that if they weren't faltered; the defender would have hit me.It feels like the attempted intercepts are falling into some game telemetry where they simply don't exist.I've noticed it mostly since the 60fps introduction (but I do not use 60fps, worse experience for me).The next question will be... why don't you post evidence?1) I can't possibly record every fight in the hopes to catch an intermittent issue. As it is, I'm constantly deleting videos off my phone each day because I'm running out of space. I'm not going to fill it with gameplay videos at the cost of memories.2) The game is already sluggish as is when there is transparency, particle and projectile animations, layering that with more processing just going to make it worse.

Ok, but I just watched MSD's 4-hour live stream of full exploration of the Epoch of Pain and he seemed to have no issue successfully intercepting the top-tier AI defenders left and right.https://youtu.be/z6nDX1Jn06E

It's safe to say, we shouldn't use msd as your "average" player experience plus the ai problems are way more scattered

If the node requires me to intercept and the ai keeps deliberately trying to stop that, it's not a skill issue, it's a game design issue at best. The issue is brought up and is known by everyone stop being a contrarian for the sake of it. It's not a "bug" because it's wrong to point fingers and say it's kabam scheming again but they haven't addressed it as far as I know. Don't take my word for it, many people are calling it an issue

Don't take my word for it, many people are calling it an issue Ok, well I do not disagree with that.I have also noticed this just in the last few weeks or months. It's not a glitch. It's just an issue of the AI being overall much more difficult to fight. It is harder to intercept, it is harder to parry, it is harder to avoid being parried, etc.The game is more difficult for sure.So let's frame our complaints like that."Hey, Kabam, why have you made the AI more skilled and more difficult to fight? It's frustrating, especially when the game is so ruthless already in terms of resource expenditure and pay-to-play. We feel like you're bleeding us dry at every corner."

Yeah.....people have been framing their complaints like that.....

Yeah.....people have been framing their complaints like that..... SOME people. But then any rational take like this gets diluted by just the most looney tunes claims you'll see, and there's a lot of looney tunes people coming to these threads.

No real confirmation of it being an issue on kabams side and no real "bug" found on the player side but it is a problem

No real confirmation of it being an issue on kabams side and no real "bug" found on the player side but it is a problem Kabam said they fixed it i believe 2 updates ago , they confirmed it to be a bug and said it was fixed but here we are sadly, the defender blatantly goes through the hit and just win the intercepts, plus the AI is back with the bs light intercepts way more often after the new update
I don’t know about any bugs but when trying to light intercept Onslaught or JJ in the epoch, they just spam light attacks and hit you with a full combo instead. Not very fun.
My iPhone is getting really hot atm, and only when I play mcoc. Not only is the AI/intercepts almost unplayable, but we have defenders recovering unusually fast, frames that are just plain cheating, parry/blocking is unstable, frame freezes and choppy gameplay, in addition to other bugs and auto-ejects from fights and the game. Has it ever been worse? No. Will it ever get better? Probably not. Guaranteed not when they stick their heads in the sand like an ostrich, hoping the problem goes away on its own.We used to be compensated back in the days when the game was unplayable, now we don’t even get that.
