I did the the debuff run with Howard, silk and Hulk.

I decided that this will be my last write-up ever as I can offer no valuable insight that others can't give. Everyone was a solo except Adam Warlock, whom I had to use about fifteen revives on as I thought his heavy could take off several health points, but it's too short and only does a single 2%.

For Ares, if you can NOT do his special attack, you can brute force him down with a 7r3 hulk with 24 revives to the 1 HP phase. (I didn't Dex a single special and always got KO'd). And that's all I can share.

Also, if future bosses are like this, I may actually be done playing. I just can't memorize and react fast enough with the split second to decide which action to do. However, I do think the fight is very well done and enjoyable, just not for me. And since I have to 100% everything, it may be time to walk away if the next bosses are geared like Ares.

same lol. But i used photon. Fumbled around 20+ revs on him
41 was my total count for him. It was nice that you get the cross-fight furies as I could then just add them up between Hulk and Silk to see how many times I died.
at some points i didn't get 1 charges for being died i believe. If i get it right, after 10 deaths (10 charges), every 2 deaths give me 1 more charge. IDK if it was bugged or intended, but after a few times bypassing 10 deaths, i took a note about it.

Mine was very consistent. The only time I didn't get a charge was when I quit out since he was going to a sp3. Every other time was one charge, like it was supposed to be.

I haven’t tried yet, only got 25 revives in stock. But I have seen famous youtubers use 30+ revives on this, so OPs 24 + some on the path ain’t bad. In a few days, or a week, a player will come up with a nuke option, someone always do. Patience guys, patience 🥶

It's not the patience, I don't mind spending units or revives (see previous posts about Gwenmaster, GM, and more where I don't get a wounded phase, etc). I just didn't find it fun.
Honestly you get better at it I stil struggle getting better I got the sp1 version down the randomness I just couldn’t for the life of me did it one

As I said on my thread its not a bad fight.

Id just want 2 things added / removed.

Special icon to display current thrown special.
    No animation increase between phases.

Learning to dex his specials was fun.

I think I spent 1k units total on ares alone. But the first 400 was me taking him to 95% :open_mouth: I later felt more comfortable with the specials but the rythm threw me off every phase

Sometimes it's best to wait and observer others.
I know you didn't mind going in blind and learn from failing. It's the game we play.

20+ revives on Ares alone for completion. Idk if I have enough units for exploration. I couldn't parry the specials and felt like he threw sp 2 80 percent of the time which is much harder than sp 1.

I found it way easier to react to the specials when I was a safe distance away and didn’t have to dex the kick
It would be a way more enjoyable fight if he didn’t throw random specials

Nah, I know my limitations. It took me about 4 hours to get Dani's sp2 down, and it isn't even perfect. And that was with being able to duel her repeatedly. I won't be able to practice Ares like that. But it's ok. I'll just revive through him, and we'll see what the future fights (with him and other bosses) hold.
Well i understand you i getting old to my reflexes isn’t the same as it used to be to remember everything i do think the fight is fun but the hardest part is it just a game
