The Contact Screen isn’t working

The in-game Contact screen and functionality has been broken for weeks.
Cant scroll down or click on a players name / icon to bring up the sub-menu.
And it’s not a me thing - I have validated that other Leaders are experiencing the same issue.
The impact is that we can’t SEND AN INVITATION, which is one of the most critical operations in the game.
Recruiting is hard enough and we certainly don’t need it to be made harder by Bugs that aren’t being fixed in a timely manner.
Is a fix on the cards?
