I am unable to purchase getting an error msg as incomplete transaction contact itunes

    log out of game, log back in, will work then

    I cant mate, sorry. When this happens to me I log out and in again. Sometimes though, it happens when I am logged into the game but not into Google games, try that but the apple one?

    Or save your progress, uninstall game and then install it again, that should work for sure
