I had the same issue with the Love and War gift box key not appearing in the web store , I was browsing on my Android phone in portrait mode, I switched to landscape then the box appeared. After that I went back to portrait mode and it was there. It looks to me like it could be a coding issue on the website in the way that it's auto detecting the browser and device.
