Summoner level 62

Just leveled up to summoner level 62 after getting Epoch rewards but I didn’t get the level 62 rewards. Missing the units, 2* Ultron, shehulk profile pic and a couple other things. Has this been brought up to you guys yet?

    It's a known bug. Crashed has confirmed that the team is looking at it.

    Didn't find anything as well and every ticket I tried to send to the support got closed immediately after creating it (it looks automatic to me) without any information on why it got closed. It just stated "if it still occurs make a new request", which i did and then it got closed immediately as well.

    Really shady behavior from the support here
