It is stated that you are meant to be taking away 3% health on the node, yet in game only 2% is being subtracted.

    It isn't bugged, it got changed. It was always 2 percent, the node description was just saying 3 when it should have been 2. So rather than the node being bugged, the node description was bugged ig
