AW Bug (Flashing Screen)

Went to fight in War today and twice on the loading screen got the flashing screen and it would stop so had to force close and thus lost health and wasted a lvl heath pot (due to losing health on the first time it did it). I'm not logged into Game Center and still this is happening from time to time.

What is going on? How is this still showing up months later after it first showed up. What I mean by this is this first started showing up backing October when Scream and Jack O'Latern come into the game. It is really affecting the experience of the game when you can't play a mode based on issue of this matter.
