Mephisto is bugged [More Info Needed]

what happened to mephisto is it bugged?
He sucks in this month special mission,
I mean, he don't block any more the passive skills, (health regen, power gain and others)
Is it happened couse of the server crashes or what?

Hey @Bibidi. Can you give me a bit more information about the specific part of Mephisto's abilities you're asking about? His Signature Ability makes him immune to Passive Ability Accuracy Modifications during Aura of Incineration, but that doesn't affect the enemies Health Regen or anything like that. Thanks!
