I've just realised that KABAM add new Ultron classic rarity which we can get after we pass level 62 and above.
But, why don't the buff him also?

They don't buff trophy champs. Kang, Thanos and OG Vision used to only be 4*, but now are up to 7* and still don't have a buff. Same deal with every other trophy champ out there.

Weapon x, JJ and Maestro was also a trophy champ, but why do they have a good kit, because they released when most of the champs has a good kit, there's no reason why they can't buff him, if they don't want to buff him because he's a trophy champ, at least buff him because he's the boss of act 6

Basically because as a general rule of thumb, trophy champs in this game are not meant to be amazing, just useable. They don't want other people to be too far behind because they don't have a specific champ locked behind something. E.g dvision, kang with synergies, vision (power control). They aren't game breaking. There are some exceptions, e.g jj, maestro weapon x etc. Kabam would rather buff a champ that they can actually buff rather than buff a champ that by definition still has to be bad. At least, this is what I understand of the subject.

....why? So the next time you or a new player has.to fight the act boss it's even harder than normal? Just....no. leave it be. He's not even a bad champ and has some useful utility. Kabam has already stated trophy champs are at the absolute bottom of the lists for buffs.

You mean a saga buff? Those already happen and trophy champs can be a part of them. Look at the current saga. Deathless benefit from it and they are trophy champs.

Oh if they are talking about saga then sure why the hell not, but don't set aside a seperate thing on top of that specifically for trophy champs

It would be a waste of time buffing champions that the majority of the player base doesn’t have. It would be much better if they buffed other champions instead, like Thor or Vision AoU

Reason why jj and weapon X and maestro are all good are because they are recently designed champs, and kabam wouldn’t make a new champ bad anymore

not like black bolt tho, he’s the best champion in the game

Kang + Apoc Synergy makes Kang a beast, he has a cool sp2 as well.
