I got a tech gem from epoch and I’m torn between red skull who I love to use and prowler who I know is good and I took to Sig 70 since I know his sig matters, but I haven’t used him too much.

Prowler - Sig 70

Prowler for me personally,..but obviously your choice ultimately. He is just so stacked with utility that he can deal with so much more than just the mutants,..and his smooth mechanics plus his dope animations are a bonus.
…plus so many ways you can play prowler and work around your opponents.

Have both at r3 and would have took up Prowler had I pulled a Tech gem.

Red Skull - Sig 20

Of those two, I'd go Red Skull. However, personally, I would r4 Shuri. Her damage overtime scales so fast, she has really good utility, and those guaranteed crits are so good.

I actually feel like a rank 4 Rocket isn't a terrible idea. It would help with his pathetic health pool, and he could do some ridiculous damage.
